These Terms govern your use of the Qelmar service (the “Service”). By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service is a personal dashboard for planning and tracking tasks, goals, habits, finances, notes and related data, with a number of AI features. The Service is provided “as is” and may be under active development (beta).
You must not: break the law; attempt to hack, overload or bypass the Service’s protections; mass-automate registrations or requests; upload malicious or unlawful content; or infringe others’ rights.
You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Reviews, suggestions and recommendations in the Service are produced automatically by language models, not by a person. Nowhere do we present a machine-generated answer as one from a specialist.
The data you enter remains yours. You grant us the right to process it solely to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy). Keep backups of anything important — the Service does not guarantee 100% data preservation.
Rights to the Service itself (code, design, the Qelmar brand) belong to the operator. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you, except the right to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profit arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service and its features, and update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the update date. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
